All orders are shipped under DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

Every timepiece purchased directly from our official website (heimdallrofficialstore.com) comes with a 2-Year Official Warranty. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, dial, and hands. It does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage due to an open crown, or accidental damage.

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. To be eligible, the watch must be completely unworn, in its original condition, with all protective films, tags, and packaging intact. Please visit our Warranty & Returns page for the full procedure.

Many of our models are built for diving and extreme water activities. However, you must ensure the crown is tightly screwed down before any contact with water. Never operate the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged. Water resistance is not permanent and should be tested annually if you dive frequently.

Automatic watches are powered by the movement of your wrist. If you haven't worn the watch for a few days, it will stop. To restart it, manually wind the crown 20-30 times. Always keep your mechanical watch away from strong magnetic fields (like large speakers or magnetic clasps) to prevent accuracy issues.
