1. Two-Year Official Website Warranty
HEIMDALLR provides a 2-Year Official Warranty exclusively for timepieces purchased directly through this official website (heimdallrofficialstore.com). This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
During the warranty period, the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. If the covered components prove to be defective in material or craftsmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge at the sole discretion of HEIMDALLR.
2. What is NOT Covered by the Warranty?
To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that our 2-Year Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Aging and regular wear, including scratches, peeling, or fading on the watch case, crystal (glass), bezel, watchband (leather, textile, rubber, or metal), and buckle.
- Accidents and Mishandling: Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents (drops, severe knocks, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), or extreme magnetic fields.
- Water Damage due to Negligence: Water penetration caused by failing to properly push in or screw down the crown and pushers before exposing the watch to water.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Watches that have been handled, opened, altered, or repaired by unauthorized third-party personnel.
- Lost or Stolen: The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the timepiece.
- Non-Official Website Purchases: This warranty policy applies ONLY to orders placed directly on heimdallrofficialstore.com. Watches purchased from ANY other source—including authorized physical retail stores, unauthorized online resellers, second-hand markets, or third-party platforms—are strictly excluded. (Note: If you purchased your watch from our official Amazon/AliExpress stores or an authorized physical retailer, you must contact them directly for your warranty and repair needs.)
3. Water Resistance Guidelines
Many HEIMDALLR timepieces are designed for diving and extreme water activities. However, water resistance is not permanent and can be affected by the aging of gaskets or accidental shocks to the crown.
Crucial Reminder: Always ensure the crown is tightly screwed down before any contact with water. Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is submerged. Damage caused by failing to follow these guidelines will void the warranty.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at service@heimdallrofficialstore.com.
- Provide Details: Include your Official Website Order Number, a clear photo of your Warranty Card, and a detailed description of the issue. Please attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
- Authorization: Once our technical team reviews your case, we will provide you with repair authorization and the shipping address for our service center.
5. Shipping and Repair Costs
- Warranty Repairs: For defects covered under the warranty, HEIMDALLR will perform the repairs free of charge and cover the return shipping costs back to you. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the watch to our service center.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs: If the issue is determined to be outside the warranty coverage (e.g., broken glass, water damage from an open crown), we will provide you with an estimate for the repair costs and return shipping. Repairs will only proceed after your approval and payment.
